We spent five magical nights at Pickalbatros Royal Moderna, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The resort facilities, rooms, and overall convenience were a class above. Everything felt seamless, luxurious, and well thought out. We travelled with our four-year-old daughter, and the resort could not have been better suited for families. From the slides to the water parks, everything was perfectly designed to keep little ones entertained and safe — she had an absolute blast every single day. A special mention must go to Mohmed Matoaly from room service, who went out of his way to make our stay extra special. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made us feel truly valued as guests. Overall, Pickalbatros Royal Moderna delivered a perfect family holiday — we left with wonderful memories and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Great holiday with my wife and my dogther. Special mention and gratitude to Mr Walid the barman who took care of us and who made our holiday remarkable.
