Excellent Stay – Great Value for Money! I recently stayed with my family for a week of relaxation, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the professionalism and warm hospitality of the staff made our stay exceptional. A special thanks to the reception team, especially Mr. Bassem, whose welcoming attitude and helpful assistance made everything smooth and enjoyable. I would also like to acknowledge Mr. Mohamed (Abu Habiba) from housekeeping service for his outstanding attention to detail and friendly service throughout our stay. The animation team was fantastic as well—energetic, engaging, and always creating a fun atmosphere for both adults and children. Overall, the resort offers excellent value for money, combining great service, comfortable facilities, and a truly relaxing environment. Highly recommended, and we look forward to staying again!

We'd like to thank Bassem at the front desk; he's truly skilled in customer service. All the staff were constantly mindful of our satisfaction. We went with our concerns, but the holiday experience was satisfying in terms of food, cleanliness and entertainment.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable, especially ideal for families. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, although a few pieces of equipment could use some minor maintenance (nothing significant enough to affect the overall experience or the hotel’s effort to go the extra mile.) The pools were fantastic and very relaxing and the beach was probably the best among all the hotels in the area. The staff were warm, welcoming and always willing to help, which made our stay even better. There were plenty of activities available for all ages, making it a great choice for families and groups. Overall, highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
